The supervisors are responsible for providing support to the trainee by identifying the educational needs, the setting of learning goals, reflective learning and personal development through monthly one- on-one interactions.
Regular workplace-based assessments are conducted throughout the training program with an ARCP. Students undergo ARCP at the end of the year I & year II. A Royal College qualified expert (Program Champions) will be present at all ARCPs to ensure that the UK equivalent standard is achieved.

Students interested in a Master’s in Medicine/Surgery degree from Texila’s Partner University shall apply on clearance of all parts of the Royal college examination (including clinical/OSCE) and by submitting a thesis.
