My experience with Texila American University (TAU) while pursuing my PhD in education was overwhelmingly inspiring and positive. Beyond doubt, TAU has proven to be a reliable educational institution that has demonstrated the ability to deliver continued distance and blended learning programs online effectively and efficiently.
TAU’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak serves as a living testimony of their dynamic and effective response to the situation since students were not affected in any way with the pursuit of their courses. I was guided and supported well during my study period, which led me to master writing skills through the capstone project, contextual project, which immensely helped me publish an article in line with my thesis.
Besides improving my writing, speaking, and research skills, I have become a better educator and an academic scholar, so much so that I’m currently the Assistant Director in-charge of Inspection serving with the Ghana Armed Forces Educational Corps, and I also contribute my expertise at the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana, as a part-time lecturer. TAU has played a significant role in shaping my skills, knowledge, and attitude, which helped me achieve these prestigious appointments.
I would also like to give a special mention to the student coordinators’ guidance and directions, students ambassadors with their constant support, and others, as their efforts were instrumental to my success. This continuous support whipped my interest and motivated me to give my best in every area of study. Furthermore, the school’s flexible fee payment system was assuring and convenient that gave me ample room to meet the program’s financial demand.
Finally, I would like to conclude by saying that TAU has enhanced my confidence and aptitude to meet challenges that fall within my domain as an educationist and helped me explore my potential to unlock many possibilities with my career to achieve excellence.
